That is a really interesting question, and I often wonder if those people would ask the same questions if they couldn’t do it anonymously. And I think most wouldn’t, that’s why I always leave it as an option. I think people use it mainly because it feels like it’s more free. You can’t even post a nice little video of something on YouTube these days without someone calling you a fucking cunt and telling you they hope you die. I don’t blame people for asking questions anonymously. When you post a question anonymously you can do it without having to consider all the repercussions. Which sounds really stupid, but I bet if you’d asked this question un-anonymously there would be at least one person who wanted to make a shitty comment. And that’s kind of sad.

Also I do answer a lot of questions ‘privately’ that aren’t anonymous. Because I like talking to people. So I guess that makes it look like more questions are asked anonymously than not. I’m probably thinking way too much about this.

I only found it last week. I used to check once in a while, but I’d forgotten to look for ages. I don’t know what reminded me to check last week, but if I believed in fate I’d put it down to that.

One of the reasons I loved Naive.Super so much was that I related to everything the book was about. I read it at pretty much the perfect time in my life when I was feeling it all exactly. I probably still am.

The same applies with Doppler. I won’t spoil it. But definitely buy it as soon as you’re ready from a new book.

And yes it’s a translation, it’s a really nice mini hardback type thing.

I’m reading Doppler by Erlend Loe.

And weirdly my favourite book is also by Erlend Loe, and it’s called Naive.Super.

I’d recommend both of them.
